📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
