As a Branch Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations in Bandung. You will work closely with our national team to ensure that our local campaigns align with our overall business strategy. You will also be responsible for managing our team of account executives, media planners, and creative directors, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the Bandung branch, ensuring that all advertising campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead a team of 10-15 professionals, including account executives, media planners, and creative directors.
• Develop and implement local advertising strategies that align with the overall business strategy of Private Advertiser.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to the national team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Bandung area.
• Ensure that the branch is compliant with all relevant advertising regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.
• Drive sales growth and revenue targets for the Bandung branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the advertising or marketing industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian advertising market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using advertising management software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in advertising management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
