๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide prenatal, postnatal, and family planning services to women and families in rural communities.
- Conduct home visits to monitor the health of mothers and newborns, offering guidance and support.
- Educate communities on essential health topics, including nutrition, hygiene, and family planning.
- Collaborate with local health centers and government agencies to improve maternal and child health services.
- Monitor and report on health indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in community health programs and initiatives to promote better health outcomes.
- Promote the use of health technology and tools, such as mobile health apps and community health workers.
- Advocate for the rights of mothers and children, and work to eliminate discrimination and inequality in healthcare.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Midwife in a community health setting.
- Professional certification as a Registered Midwife (Bidan Terdaftar) from the Indonesian Nursing Board (DINAS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities.
- Experience working in rural or underserved communities.
