📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and setup of laboratory equipment and materials for teaching and research purposes.
• Conduct experiments and demonstrations under the supervision of senior staff to support educational programs.
• Assist researchers in conducting experiments and maintaining laboratory records and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Support the safe and efficient operation of the laboratory, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory safety and quality assurance programs.
• Provide technical support to students and faculty, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in education or research.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques, including but not limited to, analytical instruments, biological and chemical assays, and data analysis software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing as required by the organization.
