📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve departmental performance.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain and update operational procedures and protocols.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operational staff.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial operations and processes.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
