Tanggung Jawab:
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage of software applications.Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and report defects and issues.Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure that software meets quality standards.Automate test cases using appropriate testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.Monitor test execution and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and Postman.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of SQL and database testing is a plus.Fluency in English is required.🛠️ Keahlian
