As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
