Asset Section Head

Join Eigerindo Multi Product Industry as our Asset Section Head and take the lead in optimizing our asset management operations across stores and head office facilities. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize asset utilization, minimize costs, and ensure the efficient operation of our assets. As our Asset Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our asset management team, including asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal. You will work with a variety of tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, and Excel, to streamline processes and improve efficiency. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize asset utilization and minimize costs.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the asset management team, including asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
• Conduct regular asset audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed asset records and databases using SAP and Oracle.
• Prepare and analyze asset performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the efficient operation of our retail and corporate facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in the retail or corporate facilities sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful asset management strategies.
• Strong knowledge of asset management software, including SAP, Oracle, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or engineering.
• Certification in asset management or a related field is a plus.
