📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and service.,Create and develop new menu items based on customer feedback and market trends.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Manage kitchen operations to meet production targets and customer demands.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
