Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage all aspects of Deliveree's operations in Indonesia, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.Lead and mentor a team of managers and directors, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of Deliveree in Indonesia.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and regulatory bodies.Monitor and analyze market trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and implement processes to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.Represent Deliveree at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all aspects of the business, from operations to customer service.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the logistics or delivery industry, with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including its economic, political, and regulatory landscape.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in business operations.🛠️ Keahlian
