📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve business processes.
• Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital transformation specialists to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management to align digital transformation efforts with the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a hospitality or related industry.
• Certifications in digital transformation, project management, or relevant technologies are a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive innovation and change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
