📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the company's growth and development
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Manage general affairs, including office administration, facilities, and corporate events
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Provide HR consulting and advice to various departments
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with a focus on strategic talent management
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
