You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS platforms to streamline your processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough job analysis to understand the needs of each position.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using ATS platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience using ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn.
• Strong understanding of job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in HR practices or talent acquisition is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
