📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate with department heads for performance evaluations,Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus
