As a Production Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.,Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient use of resources and materials.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of production improvement initiatives.,Provide support to the production manager in planning and organizing production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant production software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
