In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of test results, and providing technical support to the medical staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by performing quality control checks and troubleshooting equipment issues.,Providing technical support and guidance to laboratory staff, including training and mentoring.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Monitoring and analyzing laboratory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, CLIA, and local health department guidelines.,Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of laboratory policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as laboratory science, biology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using laboratory information management systems (LIMS).,Certifications in relevant areas, such as ISO, CLIA, or other industry-specific certifications, are a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
