Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate qualifications.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
