📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
