📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Maintain and improve food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory levels and monitor food costs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
