📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our dental services.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the organization and management of the reception area.
  • Promote our dental services to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to schedule their next appointments.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with dental services and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language.
