Design and implement physical security strategies for AWS colocation data centers in the ANZ region.,Oversee the installation and maintenance of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect against physical security threats.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between physical and digital security measures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in physical security.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.,Ensure compliance with local and international physical security regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.,8+ years of experience in physical security, with a focus on data center security.,In-depth knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection.,Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is a plus.,Certifications in physical security, such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or similar, are a plus.
