📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the store is a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.,Work with the marketing team to promote the store and its products, and to drive customer engagement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the store's financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
