CompAsia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic Global Procurement & Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the procurement and supply chain processes for our international operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our suppliers meet our quality, cost, and delivery requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement and supply chain processes.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality materials.,Monitor and analyze procurement and supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that procurement and supply chain activities align with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain processes.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement and supply chain professionals to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure that our procurement and supply chain processes are efficient and effective.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in a global or international environment.,Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, including supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and performance analysis.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving efficiency in procurement and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
