Bidang Krisna Kebab is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics, and maintaining high standards of organization. This is a full-time position located in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 10.000.000 to Rp 20.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.,Certification in warehouse management or a related field is a plus.
