📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Providing personalized patient counseling and education on medication use, side effects, and proper storage.
• Monitoring medication interactions, allergies, and contraindications to ensure safe and effective treatment plans.
• Assisting in the management of inventory and ordering of medications to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and continuity of treatment.
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Promoting pharmacy services and products to customers, fostering a positive and engaging shopping experience.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid pharmacy license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and engage patients.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medis, Pharmacy Plus, or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
