As a key player in our Motorku division, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and managing our marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating and distributing marketing materials, and tracking the performance of our marketing efforts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Generate leads through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and direct outreach.
• Manage our social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
