📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project quality and functionality.
- Create detailed drawings and technical documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and submit construction documents to relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project success.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the development of creative and innovative architectural solutions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architect or Architectural Technician.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
