📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our in-house POS system.
• Process payments and manage transactions accurately and securely.
• Provide excellent guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated with company policies and procedures, adhering to them diligently.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold high service standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest service or cashier role within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
