📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage engagement strategies to foster collaboration between SUTD, local communities, and international partners.
• Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and events focused on sustainability and planetary design.
• Coordinate with faculty and students to create and implement innovative sustainability projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement initiatives to ensure they meet project goals.
• Prepare and present reports on engagement activities to stakeholders and the university.
• Assist in the development of grant proposals and funding applications to secure resources for sustainability projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sustainability and engagement management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engagement management, community development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering engagement projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using tools like MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices.
• Ability to travel and work in a multicultural environment.
